The PatriotDirect Functional Medicine Training Program is designed to help healthcare professionals quickly and efficiently get the knowledge and training needed to practice Functional Medicine in whatever capacity they are licensed. The program was initially developed for our own providers but was expanded to outside healthcare professionals because there really is nothing else like it in terms of the specific paradigm we practice, the efficiency of training, the evidence provided, and the specificity of the treatment protocols.

About Us
PatriotDirect Family Medicine was founded in 2015 by Dr. Jeffrey Wacks in Natick, MA with the mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered, Functional Medicine to the community. Dr. Wacks is a board-certified Family Physician, who completed his residency in Family Medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. He received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Biochemistry and his M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine.
After helping thousands of patients reverse chronic disease, feel better, and take back control of their health, we created the PatriotDirect Functional Medicine Training Program in 2022 in order to efficiently train our new providers in our bioenergetic system.
The training program was so successful that we wanted to share it with the world. After creating the manual, we opened up the training program in order to help equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to integrate functional medicine into their practice.
